Usain Bolt opened up on his first first stardom experience and how he would talk to his kids on greatness.
Legendary Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt opened up on his fatherly duties at home when motivating his children on greatness.
Speaking on the first episode of the PUMA Go Wild Podcast, the world’s fastest man in history talked about his first taste of stardom and performing to expectations.

“I was walking out the tunnel and then you heard people start chanting Bolt. It was a shock to my system, I was like, no,” said Bolt.
“I figured it out that if I do good, they’re going to love me. If I do bad, it’s going to be an issue. I’m the one who set the bar where it is now.”

When asked what he tells his children about greatness, the eight-time Olympic gold medallist simply replied:
“Look at my face. Your dad us greatness.”
Aside from his Olympic gold medals, Bolt was also an eleven-time world champion before his retirement in 2017.
His 100m and 200m world records of 9.58s and 19.19s still stand to date, and he remains the only man in history to have won Olympic 100m and 200m titles at three consecutive Games (2008, 2012, and 2016). He also won two 4 × 100m relay gold medals.

At World Championships level, the sprint icon won consecutive 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay gold medals from 2009 to 2015, except for a 100m false start in 2011, making him the most successful male sprinter in history.
