According to reports from FourFourTwo, the clubs that have faced UEFA bans are:
Fenerbahce (Turkey)
Also implicated in the 2013 match-fixing scandal, Fenerbahce received a more severe two-year ban from UEFA.
Despite appealing the decision, which allowed them to temporarily remain in European competition, their appeal ultimately failed. Notably, during this appeal period, Fenerbahce played against Arsenal in a Champions League play-off, which they lost

FK Pobeda (North Macedonia)
This North Macedonian outfit received the longest ban, an extensive eight-year suspension in 2009.
The severe penalty was imposed for allegedly “manipulating the outcome of a match,” with reports citing “irregular betting patterns” related to a Champions League qualifier against Armenia’s FC Pyunik five years prior.

Although their ban was lifted in 2017, the club president Aleksandar Zabrcanec and player Nikolce Zdraveski received lifetime bans from all football-related activities.
Besiktas (Turkey)
The Turkish giants were handed a one-year ban from UEFA competitions in 2013.
The sanction stemmed from their alleged involvement in domestic match-fixing. Their appeal against the ban was unsuccessful.
Juventus (Italy)
The Serie A powerhouse was suspended from all UEFA competitions for the 2023-24 season.
This ban was not related to the infamous Calciopoli scandal of 2006, but rather due to accusations of breaching UEFA’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations.
