World Championship medallist Stacey-Ann Williams gets grand welcome home

KINGSTON, Jamaica — World Championship silver medallist Stacey-Ann Williams received a grand welcome upon her return to Jamaica, with elite jewellery company Artwell and Co hosting a special celebration in her honour.

The track star, who was a part of the quartet that secured silver in the 4x400m relay at the 2025 World Athletics Championships, was presented with a custom gold and diamond pendant from Artwell and Co and her boyfriend Rasheed Broadbell during a an event hosted in honour of her recent exploits on the world stage.

“Jamaica is blessed with colourful and talented people who often don’t get their flowers while they are alive.

I want to be an agent of change in that regard,” said Andre Artwell, director of Artwell and Co.

“Stacey has done so much for Brand Jamaica, so I definitely think she truly deserves to be honoured.

This is just Artwell and Co’s way of saying thank you we are proud of you.”

Sharing the special moment with Broadbell, an Olympic bronze medallist in the sprint hurdle event, Williams expressed gratitude for the recognition and love shown.
