Enzo Maresca makes Estevao Willian prediction after making Chelsea Premier League debut, ‘he is going to’.

There were a number of new faces on show for the Chelsea fans in their first Premier League fixture of the season against Crystal Palace.
Enzo Maresca’s side were held to a 0-0 draw by the FA Cup winners at Stamford Bridge, with the new faces not able to make the desired impact on the game.
It is now the second season in a row that has started without the Blues finding the net, despite the array of new players the manager had available to him.

Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens were handed a start, while Estevao Willian and Liam Delap were forced to wait for their chance off the bench, as well as Andrey Santos.

Enzo Maresca makes Estevao Willian prediction after Chelsea debut
Gittens disappointed in our player ratings for the game, and was the first player brought off as the exciting Brazilian made his Premier League debut.
Estevao instantly got the Stamford Bridge crowd up on their feet, in a game that had not provided much excitement for the home fans.

Maresca was asked after the game about how he thought his new winger did, and the manager predicted that he is set to become a ‘fantastic’ player for the Blues in the years to come.
He said to Sky Sports: “The personality has been top.
You can see that he is from Brazil, they are different and he is going to be a fantastic player for the club.
We know about Cole [Palmer], Estevao needs time to adapt but he is going to be important for the team.”

Chelsea fans make Estevao request ahead of West Ham clash
Despite a desire to ease the youngster in, the fact that Estevao was the first player brought on by Maresca suggests he already sees him as pretty important to his plans.
With a promising debut under his belt, Blues supporters are already prepared to see the youngster make the next step in his development.

Chelsea fans want Estevao to start against West Ham, replacing Gittens after he failed to impress in his first start in the competition.
The Blues reacted to not scoring in the first game of last season by finding the net six times in their next outing, and anything like that would be greatly appreciated at the London Stadium.
