Nigeria international forward Victor Osimhen has sealed a deal with Galatasary from Napoli making him the highest earning player ever in the history of Turkish League, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.

The deal will see Galatasary pay Napoli €75m as his transfer fee with a ten percent sell on clause.

He agreed a contract till the summer of 2029 and it carries a clause which forbids him from joining a team in Italy the next two years.

He will earn €18 million a year, an amount that will surpass what his teammate Mauro Icardi who was the previous highest earned currently earns. His salary also make him the highest ever paid player in the history of the league.

Last season while on loan to the club, he scored a total of 37 goals in all competitions firing them to a league and cup double.
